
Plan, assign, and supervise daily workshop activities to ensure timely job completion.
Provide technical support and guidance to technicians during diagnosis and repair.
Ensure all repairs comply with Caterpillar standards, safety, and contamination control policies.
Monitor job progress, labor efficiency, and quality of completed work.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Managers to update customers and manage priorities.
Conduct inspections, performance evaluations, and technical training sessions for the team.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, powertrains, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with Caterpillar systems such as ET (Electronic Technician) and SIS (Service Information System) preferred.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
